HENCEFORTH THE SERVICE "EMALIATKO" WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR RESIDENTS OF TOT

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine at its meeting on February 24, adopted a draft resolution «On amendments to the procedure on provision of the complex service «eMaliatko» for residents of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, certain areas of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, as well as the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol city.

«We are consistently moving towards digitalization of as many services as possible for internally displaced persons and our citizens who remain under Russian occupation. We do everything to demonstrate our citizens that they are important for us, that Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk are Ukraine. «Еmaliatko» will provide an opportunity to carry out state registration of birth of a child born in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine on the basis of an electronic copy of the court decision establishing the fact of birth through the cooperation of the Unified State Register of court decisions and the Unified State Web Portal of electronic services «Diia» (Action)», emphasized Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister for Reintegration of TOT Oleksii Reznikov.

Therefore, residents of the temporarily occupied territories will be able to remotely provide data on the birth of a child through the portal «Diia», and the State civil registration authorities will be able to enter this information into the state registers to avoid the risk of further statelessness of the child.

Amendments to the procedure on provision of the complex service «eMaliatko» were jointly developed by the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporary Occupied Territories of Ukraine, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Justice and the State Judicial Administration.

In turn, the Deputy Minister for Reintegration of the TOT of Ukraine Snaver Seitkhalil reported on the general work towards digitalization of other services for IDPs and residents of the temporarily occupied territories.

«IDP certificate is already available in the «Diia» application. We are also working on the introduction of a virtual mobile number, an algorithm for providing an opportunity for citizens to apply online for compensation for destroyed housing, assistance, legal protection and other services, it is all for digitalization and comfortable, as well as convenient services for our citizens from the temporarily occupied territories», added Snaver Seitkhalil.

«Let me recall that the IDP certificate is already available in the «Diia» application. We are also working on the introduction of a virtual mobile number, an algorithm for providing an opportunity for citizens to apply online for compensation for destroyed housing, assistance, legal protection and other services, it is all for digitalization and comfortable, as well as convenient services for our citizens from the temporarily occupied territories. We do everything to demonstrate our citizens that they are important for us, that Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk are Ukraine», emphasized Snaver Seitkhalil.

Let us recall that «eMaliatko» is a comprehensive online service for parents of new-borns, which includes up to ten state services that are necessary upon the birth of a child.
