Rostyslav Zamlynskyi

He was born on February 27, 1976 in Lviv.

Higher education, Lviv Academy of Commerce, International Economic Relations: “Economist with Foreign Language Proficiency” (1998), “Master in International Economic Relations” (2001) “Law Specialist” (2006).

On August 26, 2005 he accepted the Oath of a Civil Servant.

Proficiency in a foreign language: English, Russian, Polish.

In 1998-1999 he was the Head of Marketing Department of LLC “LYBID-PLUS”, Kyiv.

In 2000 he obtained the position of the economist of the 1st category of the Department of International Settlements of Currency Control and Currency-Financial Operations of the Department of JSC “State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine”, Lviv.

In 2001 he was the Marketing Manager of the Business Support Center “NewBiznet”, specialist, chief specialist of LLC “HAZMA”, Lviv.

In 2001-2005 he was an individual entrepreneur.

In 2005-2007 he was the Deputy Head of Control and Audit Department in Lviv auditing department of Lviv Oblast.

In 2007 he was the Financial Director of International Charitable Foundation “Ukraine 3000”, Kyiv.

In 2007-2011 he was the Financial Director of the Charitable Foundation “Children's Hospital of the Future”, Kyiv.

In 2011-2013 he was the Commercial Director of LLC “K.S.R.”, Kyiv.

In 2013-2014 he was the Commercial Director of ELECTROMASH of the subsidiary of JSC “Concern – Electron”, Lviv.

In 2014 he obtained a position of the Assistant to the Deputy Chairman of Lviv Regional Council; First Deputy Head of the State Financial Inspection in Lviv Oblast of the State Financial Inspection of Ukraine.

In 2014-2015 he was the Head of the State Financial Inspection in Rivne Oblast of the State Financial Inspection of Ukraine.

In 2015 he was the Advisor to the Patronage Service of Lviv Regional State Administration.

In 2015-2019 he was the First Deputy Head of Lviv Regional State Administration.

In 2019 he was an Acting Head of the Lviv Regional State Administration; Advisor to the Director of LLC “Lvivenergozbut”.

On March 11, 2020 he was appointed as First Deputy Minister for Reintegration of the Temporary Occupied Territories of Ukraine.
